Natalie Smith is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with more than 20 years of social work experience, supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, domestic and family violence and other mental health challenges.
Appointments are available from our Geelong and Teesdale locations, with services tailored to each person's individual needs and circumstances.

Natalie Smith offers specialist support in trauma recovery, working with your existing strengths, using several psychological techniques such as EMDR Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Trauma informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, ACT-Acceptance and commitment therapy, IFS-(Internal Family Systems Therapy); and more, using a holistic approach that is based on your needs.
