Natalie Smith offers specialist support in trauma recovery, working with your existing strengths, using several psychological techniques such as EMDR Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Trauma informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, ACT-Acceptance and commitment, IFS-, Internal Family Systems Therapy; and more, using a holistic approach that is based your needs.
